"I've had nothing but issues working with this office, they've messed up accounting info and and caused a lapse on my insurance and will not fix it. People on the phone do not try to help you they just try to push the problem to other agencies. I had my prior insurance and the DMV confirm that my issue was from State farm not having the business review for my vehicle on the proper dates and that they can refile those dates to the correct ones but they absolutely refuse to help me in anyway that's productive. I ended up paying out the lapse and plan on switching agencies. Totally regret switching to the office in particular"
